Quantum Jumping

Three steps to help create a more abundant life

Quantum jumping is when a person envisions a desired result or state of being different from the existing situation. By clearly observing that possibility and supplying sufficient energy, a person leaps into that new reality.

Every time that we make a choice, we can quantum jump. Making a quantum jump is much easier than it sounds.

Here are three steps that can help make a quantum jump in your life.

Get into a relaxed state of being.

Your brain produces five different kinds of brain waves, each of which operates at a different speed. The five different types of brain waves include:

  • gamma
  • beta
  • alpha
  • theta
  • delta

The brain wave that I am focusing on here is the Theta wave. Theta waves occur when you’re drifting off to sleep or suspended in that light phase of sleep, just before you wake up. This brain wave can also happen when we are awake but in a deeply relaxed state of being.

A consistent meditation practice can help get the brain into a theta state. A meditation practice does not have to mean sitting quietly under a tree. I like to do moving meditations. I…
